Cooldown Reduction (often abbreviated to CDR) is an attribute in Outward, exclusive to The Soroboreans DLC.
Effects
This attribute is fairly straight-forward, it reduces the Cooldowns of Active Skills by a percent. For example, if you have 50% CDR and a Skill with a 10 second cooldown, the cooldown will now be 5 seconds.
Note that you are still limited by the animation of the skill itself, as these animations cannot be cancelled.
Notes
- Cooldown reduction is taken at the point of casting an ability. Changing the amount you have does not affect ongoing cooldowns.
- Prime and Unerring Read are cast before removing Alert stacks.
